It’s very easy to use and the design is clean and minimalist. It should make managing OptimizePress more flexible than ever.

We tested building a page that looked exactly like one that we built in OptimizePress 2.0 and OptimizePress 3.0 performed better.

We haven’t had the opportunity to measure this scientifically, but we do feel like pages load faster in OptimizePress 3.0. When a visitor checks out a page it looks and feels faster, and as this is what most people use to tell us how much faster it is, we should be happy.

Pros

Among the many positive things that we found about OptimizePress are:
Price – It is one of the cheapest WordPress sales pages builders that allows you to set up as many as 100+ different types of landing pages as you wish. There are no other products that can compete with OptimizePress in terms of features, quality of design or template selection.

If you know how to use WordPress, you can have your site up and running in minutes and publishing pages in as little as an hour. Once you understand how it all works, the time to go live on your site is reduced dramatically.
Plays nicely with other plugins – Not just email or membership plugins, but many other plugins that many website owners use on their sites. I tested several SEO, Cache, Optimization, Translation, and CRON plugins and did not find a single problem. I’m not saying that every plugin will work, because it won’t, but I have yet to find any that did.
Page loading speeds for WordPress 3 were noticeably improved when using OptimizePress 3.0. This is noticeable even without using load testing tools, but is a significant benefit.

Cons

There are many things that are good, but there is always room for improvement. {It’s good to think that there are better products, and this one is no different.}
Even with the recent overhaul of OptimizePress 2.0, the design is looking a little tired. {Even if you use OptimizePress 2.0, the layout still looks very dated. I wonder if the developer will even try to change the design as it has looked pretty much the same for ages.}
People really like OptimizePress, but the competition seems to be catching up and perhaps even overtaking it. It always seems to be the most recent version of WordPress, but it doesn’t always feel like that.
Support seems to be slow – I am lucky enough not to be able to access live support, but many others have commented that the support response time is very slow. Some issues take a long time to be resolved and will take a long time to be acknowledged. The amount of support that you get from developers and general customers is limited. If something happens and the knowledgebase doesn’t help you, you may be stuck with a limited amount of options, which is awful if you’re working to a deadline.
Live Editor saves your files in a different format from what is used by most plugins, so some plugins may not be compatible with Live Editor. It means that if you remove the plugin, there is a chance that your website will no longer work if you remove the plugin. {If you know this in advance, it will not affect your site, but if you don’t know this, it could cause problems.}

We always look at price/value and the different tiers of pricing that you can get for your money. Then we look at whether or not the product is really good value.

Pricing is a real strength of OptimizePress and it works well for many people.

It costs less than many of its competitors and is more expensive than some other plugins. It is really good value for money for the amount of features it gives you.

There are four pricing options for OptimizePress: Core, Publisher, and Pro. There are three different pricing tiers for OptimizePress – Core, Publisher, and Pro. All three pricing tiers build on each other while increasing in price. It’s a one-time fee that includes the ability to create unlimited pages and get a year of updates and support. Now we come to the million-dollar question – or rather, it is a question worth ninety-nine dollars if you decide to buy OptimizePress. There are many reasons to buy OptimizePress. We will try to explain why we think it is worth the cost.

I’m not going to tell you what to do, but if I wanted to quickly create landing pages that integrate easily into a membership site, collect and share email addresses easily and work on mobile devices, I would buy OptimizePress.

I’d probably not recommend buying this plugin if I was wanting to create a basic membership site or if I didn’t think it was necessary to use other plugins (like Memberpress or Restrict Content Pro).

OptimizePress is a very strong plugin that is designed to help marketers with their websites. Many of its features are specifically designed to help marketers succeed. If you want to be a better marketer or if you want to improve your marketing skills, OptimizePress can help you.

If you aren’t moving in that direction, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
