{But why would you want to buy a plugin like that? It will help you to create effective landing pages. It will help you to build sales funnels.} Can I just use a regular page builder? But as we mentioned before, it’s likely that doing that is not a good idea.

When you create landing pages for your business, you pay good money to get visitors to the pages you are selling. {In a nutshell, you want to achieve the highest possible conversion rate possible for your ads.}Optimizepress Reduce Navigation Top Padding On Blog

{And how do you do that successfully?} You need to make sure you have all of the essential parts of a landing page which convert people easily, such as having clear and simple navigation, and making sure you have enough content to capture the attention of the visitors. You need to have strong CTAs, strong social proof, and a lot more.

What we mean by that is that different niches need different types of sales pages – with different features.

If you have the budget to spend a lot of time creating sales pages with a plugin such as OptimizePress, you can easily do that using a page builder such as Elementor or Beaver Builder. It’s worth spending some time learning how to use these kinds of tools as a team!

And it is absolutely essential that OptimizePress works with all other WordPress plugins.

The templates are very high quality, with a large number of very useful features. There are a couple of WordPress plugins that aren’t good, but we wouldn’t hold that against them.Optimizepress Reduce Navigation Top Padding On Blog

{The ability to drag and drop content into your WordPress site using the plugin is really very powerful and one of the reasons to buy it.}

OptimizePress is one of those plugins that are very often featured in our roundups about landing page builders. When you see a product that is popular in this category, you know that you’ve got a solid one.

Features

Its benefits may look appealing, but it’s features that really make it worth your money. {Some features are more important and useful than others.}

What these features do is help you understand if OptimizePress works for you.

{Live Editor – This is where OptimizePress really shines.}

{OptimizePress Template: 30 high-quality, affordable templates to help you create powerful, customised landing pages. Live Editor: Easy to use, and the ability to save and import your own pages.}

{Custom Element Builder – A feature that makes it easy to create pages that show all the different things that people can do to attract more customers.}

{It has a very good support team and is fully responsive.}

Support, Training and Documentation.

OptimizePress 3.0 now supports live editing from its dashboard.

{LiveEditor – a very powerful way to create live landing pages for your site. Custom Elements – more live pages to create for you.}

Live Editor enables you to build pages in real-time.

Live Editor enables you to quickly create pages in real time so you can make changes quickly. And you can see what changes you have made instantly. You just load your page into your browser and click Save. That’s it, nothing to do. It happens completely automatically.

{OptimizePress Template: 30 high-quality, affordable templates to help you create powerful, customised landing pages. Live Editor: Easy to use, and the ability to save and import your own pages.}

There are 60 templates included in OptimizePress and a further 280+ are available as part of a premium plan.

Some of the templates use the Live Editor, which enables you to easily build sales pages quickly. There are lots of landing pages that are optimized for people to lead and get sales.

The design and build quality of these templates really is a strong point of this plugin and it’s a really strong reason to buy it. If you like the way a particular page looks, you can slide in any page template and have it up and running in no time.

{Custom Element Builder – A feature that makes it easy to create pages that show all the different things that people can do to attract more customers.}

Custom elements allow you to fully customize your pages.

There are over 40 custom elements in OptimizePress that you can use to build your own landing pages. There are over 40 different custom elements that you can add to your pages, from just adding a button to an opt-in box to adding custom video and audio players. There are 40+ different widgets that you can use to add almost any element to a page.

{It has a very good support team and is fully responsive.}

Having a fully responsive design for every page is important and is a core feature of OptimizePress.

Pages are created quickly and easily and work across all devices and screen sizes. Some of the templates work very well and are very attractive even when you view them on the smallest of devices.

Documentation

Support and documentation are very important for any product to be effective. Being able to provide great support and provide excellent documentation is vital. OptimizePress provides both. The Knowledgebase is very useful and the help files are well-written. Many of the instructions contain useful images to help you understand the features. There are a few options that will be available only in the next release, but the majority are here.

We haven’t spoken to the support team but it appears that there is a good deal of support available if you have any issues.

OptimizePress 3.0 now supports live editing from its dashboard.

New to OptimizePress 3.0 is the ability to add custom widgets to the top of your pages.

In the Dashboard you will need to manage your sites and create new pages. This is the place where you can control how you configure OptimizePress 3.0, such as installing extensions, setting up email providers, adding scripts etc.

This section looks simple, but it really isn’t that simple. It’s also where you set up your plugins and where you can access all of your plugins. It’s clean and easy to use and should make managing OptimizePress much simpler than ever.

{Lightning is a powerful, incredibly powerful tool that allows you to quickly build beautiful web pages with the help of Lightning.}

Lightning Builder is also available in OptimizePress 3.0.

Lightning Builder is a new way to create beautiful, visually appealing pages with less effort. It builds on what Live Editor did and takes it a step further. Lightning Builder allows you to build pages from scratch or you can use one of the many OptimizePress themes and tweak them.

There is a new Quick Access panel which can be accessed by clicking the top of any of the pages in your site. You can then easily access pages and other features such as content management, design tools and more. It makes creating pages much easier and should make them load faster too. You just need to select an element from the top menu, choose an optional theme and then place it on the page. From there, you can go to any page within the editor and add any text or image that you want to add.

New system for delivering templates automatically.

The new themes are easy to customize and deliver to your site via a new network of template providers. Previously, to use a specific template, you would have to download it from one of the developer’s servers. Now the template is hosted on AWS. {You could also now find them by searching through the latest posts, blogs or other websites and finding them on a service such as AWS.}Optimizepress Reduce Navigation Top Padding On Blog

This greatly speeds up the process of downloading templates.

It’s possible that you only download one or two templates at first and then never do it again. We think that this is a good step because it shows that the developers are thinking long-term, not adding new features to make the product look better.

{It takes a while for the pages to load but now they load very quickly.}
Pages will load quicker when you upgrade to OptimizePress 3.0. If you create a new page using the new plugin, you should see a big difference in the speed of your page.

We tried to make pages that compare two different OptimizePress themes and they both showed that OptimizePress 3.0 performed better.

We haven’t had the opportunity to measure this scientifically, but we do feel like pages load faster in OptimizePress 3.0. When a visitor checks out a page it looks and feels faster, and as this is what most people use to tell us how much faster it is, we should be happy.

{OptimizePress 3.0 has a lot more features than OptimizePress 2.0, but there are a lot more benefits.}

There are pros and cons to using OptimizePress, as there are with any product. Pros and Cons of OptimizePress. There are lots of things that people like about it, but how compelling or distracting they are depends completely on what you are trying to achieve with it.Optimizepress Reduce Navigation Top Padding On Blog

Pros

  • Some of the positive things about OptimizePress are that it has many different themes and it is easy to use.
  • Price – It is one of the cheapest WordPress sales pages builders that allows you to set up as many as 100+ different types of landing pages as you wish. There is no other product that comes close to OptimizePress in terms of features, quality of design or number of templates it comes with.
  • Free templates are excellent, and there are lots of them. Also, the premium templates are very good. Each design is worthy of a top tier website and works seamlessly.
  • If you know how to use WordPress, you can have your site up and running in minutes and publishing pages in as little as an hour. When you become familiar with how it works, the time it takes to go live on a site will shrink dramatically.
  • Plays nicely with many other WordPress plugins – Not just email or membership plugins, but lots of other plugins that many website owners use on their sites. I tested with some other SEO, Cache, Optimization, Translation, and CRON plugins and did not see a single issue. I’m not saying that every plugin will work, because it won’t, but I have yet to find any that did.
  • Page loading speeds for WordPress 3 were noticeably improved when using OptimizePress 3.0. This is noticeable even without using load testing tools, but is a significant benefit.

Cons

  • There are many things that are good, but there is always room for improvement. {It’s good to think that there are better products, and this one is no different.}
  • Even with the recent overhaul of OptimizePress 2.0, the design is looking a little tired. {Even if you use OptimizePress 2.0, the layout still looks very dated. I wonder if the developer will even try to change the design as it has looked pretty much the same for ages.}
  • People really like OptimizePress, but the competition seems to be catching up and perhaps even overtaking it. Because it works with the latest WordPress versions, it is always up to date, but it doesn’t always feel like that.
  • Support seems to be slow – I am lucky enough not to be able to access live support, but many others have commented that the support response time is very slow. It can take a while for support to become aware of a fault with the plugin and fix it. Seems that both the support team and general customer service are limited. If something goes wrong and you don’t get any help from the support team, your options are limited, and that’s not good if you’re on a strict deadline.
  • Live Editor saves files in a non-standard format, which can cause some plugins to not work properly. It means that if you remove the plugin, there is a chance that your website will no longer work if you remove the plugin. {If you know this in advance, it will not affect your site, but if you don’t know this, it could cause problems.}

{OptimizePress Prices}

Optimizepress Reduce Navigation Top Padding On Blog

We always look at price/value and the different tiers of pricing that you can get for your money. Then we look at whether or not the product is really good value.

Pricing is one of the main strengths of OptimizePress, and they have quite reasonable plans.

It is cheaper than many other plugins on the market, but it is more expensive than others. It is really good value for money for the amount of features it gives you.

There are four pricing options for OptimizePress: Core, Publisher, and Pro. Each tier in OptimizePress costs a bit more, but they all build on the other and increase in price. It’s a one-time fee that includes the ability to create unlimited pages and get a year of updates and support. It costs one time, but if you need to update it every year, the cost should be reduced per year.

OptimizePress is a great product and we really like it, but it is more expensive than other similar products. Optimizepress Reduce Navigation Top Padding On Blog

Conclusions

Now we come to the million-dollar question – or rather, it is a question worth ninety-nine dollars if you decide to buy OptimizePress. What Should You Buy With OptimizePress?

I’m not going to tell you what to do, but if I was a marketer who wanted to quickly create landing pages that would allow me to build a membership site, collect and share email addresses with my mail plugin and work on mobile, I would buy OptimizePress.

If I just wanted to create a simple membership site for my existing clients and I wasn’t confident in my funnel creation skills, I probably wouldn’t buy this plugin. There are plenty of other great options, such as memberpress and Restrict Content Pro.

Several of the functions in OptimizePress are specifically built around the needs of marketing professionals. If you want to be a better marketer or if you want to improve your marketing skills, OptimizePress can help you.

If you aren’t moving in that direction, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

It isn’t the newest, it isn’t the most powerful and it doesn’t look very nice on the back end. Some of the usability issues are a little suspect, but if you pay just $99 for a whole year of premium support, I don’t think you’ll have any issues with the plugin.
