Documentation
Support and knowledge of your product is vital. If you purchase a good product, that product should also provide you with excellent support. OptimizePress offers excellent support and great documentation. The Knowledgebase is very useful and the help files are well-written. Many of the instructions contain useful images to help you understand the features. There are a few options that will be available only in the next release, but the majority are here.
We haven’t spoken to the support team but it appears that there is a good deal of support available if you have any issues.
OptimizePress 3.0 now supports live editing from its dashboard.
New to OptimizePress 3.0 is the ability to add custom widgets to the top of your pages.
There are new features that are really important to new users, such as the ability to quickly create new sites and create pages. This is the place where you can control how you configure OptimizePress 3.0, such as installing extensions, setting up email providers, adding scripts etc.
This dashboard looks very simple and that’s because it is simple. It’s also where you set up your plugins and where you can access all of your plugins. It’s clean and easy to use and should make managing OptimizePress much simpler than ever.
{Lightning is a powerful, incredibly powerful tool that allows you to quickly build beautiful web pages with the help of Lightning.}
Lightning Builder is a new feature that allows you to create beautiful, interactive pages. It allows you to build a dynamic webpage in just a few clicks and add dynamic elements to it.
Lightning Builder is a new page builder that builds on the powerful Live Editor and takes it a step further. Lightning Builder allows you to build pages from scratch or you can use one of the many OptimizePress themes and tweak them.
There is a new Quick Access panel which can be accessed by clicking the top of any of the pages in your site. You can then easily access pages and other features such as content management, design tools and more. It makes creating pages much easier and should make them load faster too. Add an element to a page by selecting the option that appears at the top of the screen and placing it in the correct place on the page. Once that is done, click the button to add it to the page. Then save the changes.
New system for delivering templates automatically.
The new themes are easy to customize and deliver to your site via a new network of template providers. Previously, to use a specific template, you would have to download it from one of the developer’s servers. Now the template is hosted on AWS. {You could also now find them by searching through the latest posts, blogs or other websites and finding them on a service such as AWS.}Optimizepress Versions
This means that you no longer need to wait for a particular template to be downloaded, it actually speeds up the process considerably.
This is a small improvement but it’s very useful as you may only download one or two templates and then never use them again. We think that this is a good step because it shows that the developers are thinking long-term, not adding new features to make the product look better.
{It takes a while for the pages to load but now they load very quickly.}
Pages will load quicker when you upgrade to OptimizePress 3.0. If you create a new page using the new plugin, you should see a big difference in the speed of your page.
We tested building a page that looked exactly like one that we built in OptimizePress 2.0 and OptimizePress 3.0 performed better.
We haven’t had the opportunity to measure this scientifically, but we do feel like pages load faster in OptimizePress 3.0. When a visitor checks out a page it looks and feels faster, and as this is what most people use to tell us how much faster it is, we should be happy.
{OptimizePress 3.0 has a lot more features than OptimizePress 2.0, but there are a lot more benefits.}
There are pros and cons to using OptimizePress, as with any other product. Pros and Cons of OptimizePress. There are lots of things that people like about it, but how compelling or distracting they are depends completely on what you are trying to achieve with it.Optimizepress Versions
Pros
- Some of the positive things about OptimizePress are that it has many different themes and it is easy to use.
- It is extremely cheap compared to other similar products and you get so many features for so little money. There is no other product that comes close to OptimizePress in terms of features, quality of design or number of templates it comes with.
- Free templates are excellent and there are many good ones too. Free templates are excellent and there are lots of them. They are also very good. Each design looks good on any top tier website and works seamlessly.
- If you know how to use WordPress, you can have your site up and running in minutes and publishing pages in as little as an hour. Once you understand how it all works, the time to go live on your site is reduced dramatically.
- Plays nicely with other plugins – Not just email or membership plugins, but many other plugins that many website owners use on their sites. I tested with some other SEO, Cache, Optimization, Translation, and CRON plugins and did not see a single issue. What this means is that not every plugin will work, but I haven’t found one that doesn’t work.
- Page loading speeds for WordPress 3 were noticeably improved when using OptimizePress 3.0. It is clearly noticeable on many different devices and is a significant benefit.
Cons
- When things are good, there is always room for improvement. {It’s good to think that there are better products, and this one is no different.}
- Even with the recent overhaul of OptimizePress 2.0, the design is looking a little tired. {Even if you use OptimizePress 2.0, the layout still looks very dated. I wonder if the developer will even try to change the design as it has looked pretty much the same for ages.}
- It really is amazing how well OptimizePress is built, but there are many other WordPress products that do more for people than this one does. It always seems to be the most recent version of WordPress, but it doesn’t always feel like that.
- Support seems to take a while to respond to customers, but some users have complained that the support is often slow. It can take a while for support to become aware of a fault with the plugin and fix it. Seems that both the support team and general customer service are limited. If something happens and the knowledgebase doesn’t help you, you may be stuck with a limited amount of options, which is awful if you’re working to a deadline.
- Live Editor saves files in a non-standard format, which can cause some plugins to not work properly. It also means that if you remove the plugin, you might lose some of your pages that you created with OptimizePress. {If you know this in advance, it will not affect your site, but if you don’t know this, it could cause problems.}
{OptimizePress Prices}
We always look at price/value and the different tiers of pricing that you can get for your money. Then we look at whether or not the product is really good value.
Pricing is one of the main strengths of OptimizePress, and they have quite reasonable plans.
It is cheaper than many other plugins on the market, but it is more expensive than others. It is really good value for money for the amount of features it gives you.
There are three tiers for OptimizePress: core, publisher, and pro. There are three different pricing tiers for OptimizePress – Core, Publisher, and Pro. All three pricing tiers build on each other while increasing in price. It’s a one-time fee that lets you create unlimited pages and get unlimited support and updates. It costs one time, but if you need to update it every year, the cost should be reduced per year.
OptimizePress is a great product and we really like it, but it is more expensive than other similar products. Optimizepress Versions
Conclusions
Now to the question that will make you a million dollars, or ninety-nine dollars in total. There are many reasons to buy OptimizePress. We will try to explain why we think it is worth the cost.
I’m not going to tell you what to do, but if I wanted to quickly create landing pages that integrate easily into a membership site, collect and share email addresses easily and work on mobile devices, I would buy OptimizePress.
If I just wanted to create a simple membership site for my existing clients and I wasn’t confident in my funnel creation skills, I probably wouldn’t buy this plugin. There are plenty of other great options, such as memberpress and Restrict Content Pro.
Several of the functions in OptimizePress are specifically built around the needs of marketing professionals. Whether you are a marketer or a site owner who is just trying to improve your marketing, OptimizePress delivers.
If you aren’t going in that direction, I would go with another plugin.
It isn’t the newest, it isn’t the most powerful and it doesn’t look very nice on the back end. It may have some usability issues, but overall it is a very good product. You only pay $99 for a year of support and updates. Optimizepress Versions
